- All member data collected (e.g., names, emails, responses to surveys or quizzes) is owned and securely managed by the Josie Meeker Fan club (a.k.a. "Trailblazers").
- Data will not be sold, shared, or used for purposes outside of fan club engagement, education, and community-building activities.

- Personal information is collected through trusted tools such as TypeForm, Google Forms, and Ghost membership systems.
- All tools are configured to minimize unnecessary data collection, ensuring only essential information (e.g., email addresses, first names) is stored.
- Parental Oversight
- Parents are informed and provide explicit consent for their child’s participation. They also have access to review or request the deletion of their family’s data at any time.
- Communication and Moderation
- For older Trailblazers, a private community Discord channel allows for discussions that are moderated to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Channels are structured for appropriate interactions, and direct messaging between members is restricted unless explicitly approved by parents.
- Data Security
- Member information is securely stored in tools such as Google Sheets and Ghost, with access limited to administrators of the fan club.
- Sensitive data (e.g., passwords) is encrypted where applicable, and no payment information is stored on fan club systems.
- Tracking and Engagement
- Engagement activities like surveys and quizzes are designed to collect general feedback and participation metrics without invasive tracking.
- Any activity logs (e.g., Discord participation or quiz completions) are used solely for awarding points and improving fan club programming.
- Future Considerations
- Plans for integrating gamification and cryptocurrency systems in the future will follow these same principles of data ownership, transparency, and parental oversight.
